Green Minds initiative
Our green mind program tackles educating the youth on the issues of climate change but also sharing applicable solutions. We partner with local middle schools and high schools to host a solar day, where we talk about how solar panels work and why they could help propel us to a better future. We also bring demo solar kits out and teach the children out to assemble them. Children are the future, and through this program we aim to brighten it by spreading solar awareness one school at a time.
Access for all initiative
Our Access for All program not only helps the communities we live in transition from non-renewable to renewable sources or renewable energy use being the primary use, but also makes sure communities often left behind in development projects are accounted for. This program will help lighten the electricity bill for many families. Regardless of economic class people deserve power in their home which doesn't disproportionately inflate with their income. Through this program we aim to give the people what they need, one home at a time.
Public power initiative
Our public power program helps public service buildings in our communities make the shift of their primary sources of energy from non-renewable to renewable solutions. We focus on public service building since the money saved in paying for electricity can be used towards the people of the communities the buildings are in. Libraries, schools, hospitals, and so much more make up the foundation of every community its only fair that they are properly supported. Through this program we aim to reinforce communities, one building at a time.
